It has been brought to the attention of the women-stu dentss at the University that the Legislatire is not in favor of co edlicationl amd therefore will not <1o anything to support it. ()f course the State ex pects to reap dividends from her investmnents inl higher edlication for women. It is true, we cannot get out on the football or baseball fields, or trv for the track or "boxing" var lsitN-y-thllo we adhit the latter ouI probabl*y prove beneficial in later years--but we can do two things, and in those two stand on almost the sane groundN with our fellow stildents. The writer al most Said "equal"--in one of these perhaps we do equal, at least we should-but it is the second that creates a sIspicioll of doubt whenl it comes to e(iIIality; bult let's not forget that practice makes perfect and 1Until we try we niever will succeed.
