For convenience put a copy of THE GAMECOCK in your pocket when you go out shopping. And we might add a word for THE GAMECOCK. While doing your shopping mention the bird. Tell the dealer that you have read his advertisement in THE GAMECOCK. This will not only help the business manager in se curing new contracts, but it in sures you of getting the best goods at the lowest prices. The first meeting of the Civic Club was held Friday night. "Billy" Cappelman LL.B, 'I3, spoke on the subject "Civic Clul Makes College Men Practical." Graduates on the Campus. T. M. Ross, A. B., '11, has graduated from the Harvard law school and is now practicing in Columbia. J. A. Knight, A. B. '12, spent a couple of days on the campus last week on his way to Oswegc where he will teach. E. S. Gambrell, A. B. '15, passed through the city last week on his way to Bannock burn, where he is teaching. H. L. Dickson, A. B. '12, was on the campus last week.
