Shibboleth Club Meets. The Shibboleth Club held its second meeting of the present session on Monday evening, Nov. i7th. in the Green Room at Flini s ll. The club was organized dauring the latter part of last session and now has a rmember ship of 14. John G. Qalbraith read an in teresting anfl yaluable paper. Prof. Balker discussed the good of the existenee of the club on the campus, and offered many helpfpl suggestions as to its work. Prof. Tate, in his entertaining style, related his Masonic exper iences while traveling in Swit zerland, particularly, while in Zurich and' Bern. The organization of this club is but another element in the ex pansion of the.- genuine Univer, sity life. The roll is necessarily limited, but the members, being possessed of large information, both historic and. symbolic, go out'with bigger ideas of the hu man unit, and of the complex problems arising. out of our man to-man relations. ' C. L. Shealy, Sec. Father Hughson at Chapel. Father Hughson conducted the devotional exercises in chapel on Friday morning of last week. After the devotional exercises he made asliort tlk' on '"The Per fectness of Man." Father Hughson is - an alumnus of the University, having been a col league and roommate of Prof. Rucker, who introduced the vis itor. The speaker expressed his joy in seeing once more the cam pus of his alma mater, and shak ing, hands with his old friends. Father Hughson is at the head of a boy's school near Sewanee, Tenn.
