Mitchell is now engaged in writing a lyrical drama in three acts after the style of "Prometheus Unbound." All well known campus characters will figure in this pro ductioni. This will appear in the 191 1 "Garnet and Black" with "Alfonse and Gaston apologies" by the author to Mr. P. B. ShellY. * * * Mr. A. G. Hart, better known as "Merry Widow," is now wvearig dark glasses in addition to his accus tomed eyeshade. He claims to have a bad case of pinkeye, but we are inclined to believe this is only an other ruse for the benefit of the faculty. Rumor says that the wvorld's record for the two-twenty yard dash was recently broken by Fresh Brag B. Williams -, Junior, in his flight from Davis Field to Elliot College. It is with much satisfaction that ve observe the efforts vhich are being made to beautify our campuis. Work is being dlone on the trees in front of Prof. A. C. Moore's resi dence, and this will add m11uch to the attractiveness of the quadrangle. One of our greatest prides is this picturesque and spacious campus, and ve welcome the approach of spring, the appearance of the.green foliage which makes of it a true Garden of Eden. Interesting Address Tonight. Mr. George A. Plimpton will give a most interesting address to the students in the University chapel, on the night of Saturday the 25th.
