Columbia.-The annual encampmen of the National Guard of South Caro lina will continue for 15 days. accord ing to W. W. Moore. adjutant general who went to Washington for a confer ence with Secretary Baker relative'tc the property shortage. "The encampment will last for 1i days." said the adjutant general.
