Thomas Mlinton. She later moved
to Columabia and from there to
Colmbus, Ga., from which point

On the day of election the Managers
mist organize by the election of a Chair
ian and a Clerk, if necessary. The
:hairman elected is empowered to ad
iinister oaths.
The Managers have the power to fill
nly vacancy, and if none of the Man
gers atternd, the citizens can appoint

At the close of the election the Man
gers and Clerk must proceed publicly

allots therein, and continue without ad

Within three days thereafter, the
