In order to get defi finite information in regard to the. matter he called on Mr. Elliott, the president of the bank, and said to him: "Mr. Elliott, I hear it rumored that at a meeting of the directors f the Winnsboro Bank this morn ing, there was a discussion as to the county issuing eertain bonds to help the people in their present depressed finanicial condition.
