Editor: Ai a public spirited citize I a-k why not have the names of VnOnsboro streets placarded so people will know one street from an oilier. I saw a man the other day who had been btre 30 years and did not know one street from the other. It would cost the town but a trifle com pared to the popularity that it would add to our town. I think there are others who think as I do. Let us have the name ot every street put up on the corners. Winnsboro is old enongh and good enough looking to "dress up" that much. H. w. 8.
