ins that they would again go to An
derson for their annual encampment,
riley will arrive In Anderson Monday
morning. April 24, at 9 o'chek and
will remain until late the following
Saturday afternoon.
It had been generally known in
Anderson for some time that the en
campment would be held herc, and
preparations were already underway
for their reception. The matter was
not given sny publicity at the re
?lucst of President Riggs.
The encampment will bo held on
tho Cate:' lot on Greenville street,
which he huB given free of cost. Ev
ery convenience will be arranged on
this lot, and additional space will be
secured from Mr. W. A. Watson and
!)r. J. O. Sanders, who have pro
perty adjoining.
Entertainment for the cadets will
he provided by thc ladles- of the elly,
anti the publicity committee of thc
