Washington, Nov. 22.- The fifth cotton ginning report of the season, compiled from reports of census bu reau correspondent? and agents throughout the cotton heit and Issued nt 10 a. m. today, announced that S,777,79i bales of cotton, counting round aa half bales of the growth of 11)15 havo boon ginned prior to No vember 14.
