The total for t..is year is $13. 881,355 as compared with $13,506, 705 last year. The levy for state purposes this year is seven mills as compared with six last. Tho levy for county pur poses this year ls 7 1-4 as compared with G 1-2 last year. The total mon ey to be collected for taxes for all purposes this year ls $322,700.59. Last year it wac $273,745.80, which shows for this year an Increase o? $42,960.99. Of the amount of taxes to bo col lected this year more than one-third is for school purposes.
