to the general assembly representa
tive of public school problems and
progress In every county, I am anx

ports from my co-workers. This
cannot be done unless each county
superintendent who has already filed
his statistical report will contribute
a written supplementary report on
or before November 1st.

energy, industry, and leadership of
the respective county superintendents
made 1314-1916 a successful school
year. GT course, many serious prob
lems still press for solution. As
long as our public E<tool system
lives and grows, BUCII problems mere

I hope our task will never be finish- j
ed, because a finished public school
system ls a dead system.
I trust you will not bo too modest

count of the co-operation, work and
