they had passed on all indictments

All witnesses were excused yester
day afternoon for this week. The at
tention of the court will bc occupied
today in hearing appeals ai d motions
for new trials. The second week
Jurors and witnesses are asked to he
present -Monday morning at 10

loose.

complaint of Magistrate McAllister

terday was not enough to warrant the
holding of McGee.
