"The whole of these assessments
will be due and payable on or before
August 2ed; 1915. But you havfe the
privilege pt paying the same in ten
equal installments, with Interest on
the deferred instalments at six per
cent per annum payable semi-annual
ly, as provided lu the ordinances ot
the city, provided you make written
application for thia privilege, and pay
the first Instalment, io-wK, one tenth
on pr before August 2nd, 1016. If
you desir? to make payment in ten
equal instalments, you should sign, the
enclosed application therefor file
the same with the city clerk al once
