A most disastous fire oc
curred in Newberry on Tlurs
day last, originating in Pool's
Hotel. The wind blow a gale, and

Mrs. M. M. White, of Abbeville,
has just finished a wonderful quilt.

every day for the last two years,
and for the past two months has
done nothing else.
