Mr. Davio was a good Christian man?a consistent member of tile Baptist church?a good and generous neighbor?was one of tho heroes of tho Confederate , array. He wa? one of tho best soldiers in tbe Confederate service. His commues speak in highest terms of his bravery. The deceased was 76 years old at tho time of h in death.
