Comptroller General Duncan is renominated by a lar majority. The race for superintendent of education is a very clc one, and it appears certain that Swearingen will run ot with Hope. Craig has a long lead over his opponent, Marshall, i adjutant and inspector general. B. Harris goes in again as commissioner of agricultr oyer Wightman, the vote being nearly two to one. Logan is renominated congressman from the first d trict over both opponents. Fulmer is renominated to succeed himself over A. Bethea and J. J. Mahan.
