A fine mule belonging to a negro answering to the name of Will Hiller was killed in what might be termed criminal carelessness on the part of the driver. It appears that a cs?wd of negroes were returning to their home on the plantation of Mr. J. T. Kaminer from Counts church last Sunday afternoon, the mule became unm&nag&ble andran-a-way. In the course of its wild flight four buggies were smashed to kindling wood and the mule killed. Too mnch booze aod cocaine are said to have been at the bottom of the trouble. waeaeaeMMSc . ' i * J .
